CAMP DIRECTOR
Brian Walmsley (Wheaton Head Men's Basketball Coach) Walmsley founded Basketball Dimensions Inc. in the summer of 1998 and has seen the camp grow from 48 campers to 300 campers in 14 years. Walmsley is in his 14th year as head coach at Wheaton College. His Wheaton teams have won back-to-back ECAC New England Championships. Prior to his arrival at Wheaton, Walmsley served as an assistant coach at Harvard University for six years. He also was an assistant coach at Bentley College for three years. During that time, Walmsley was the director of Bentley Summer Camps. In the summer of 1997, he traveled to Tel Aviv, Israel, to spend a week as co-director of the Adidas-Israel Basketball Camp
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Steve Motta (Durfee Head Boys' Basketball Coach) Motta has been the associate director all 14 years of Basketball Dimensions. He is currently in his second year as the head boys’ basketball coach at Durfee High School in Fall River. Motta served six years as assistant coach at Wheaton College. Prior to his arrival at Wheaton, he spent one year as an assistant at U-Mass Dartmouth, which advanced to the NCAA Tournament. Motta also serves on the staff of Hoop Mountain Basketball Camp in Massachusetts along with camps in Connecticut and North Carolina.
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Jon Gibbs (Wheaton Associate Head Men's Basketball Coach) Gibbs is in his seventh year as an assistant coach at Wheaton College. Gibbs is also a full-time physical education instructor in the Cumberland, Rhode Island, school district. Prior to joining the Wheaton staff, he served as an assistant coach at Rhode Island College. Gibbs has previously worked summer camps at Boston College, University of Rhode Island, Providence College, Rider University and Hoop Mountain in Massachusetts.
